Anyone can buy skinny.

These days, skinny comes in a pill, injection, or diet.

But after speaking with hundreds of women as a dietitian and health coach, I know that’s not what you really want.

What you really want is confidence. Control. Freedom. Clarity.

You want assurance that when you put in the effort, you’ll get results. That you won’t fail.

You want it to stick this time.

You want to become the woman who naturally makes the right healthy choices, who wakes up with the energy and zest for life, who has the confidence she had in her 20s and 30s.

So stop buying skinny.

Buy strong. Buy fit. Buy abundance.

Buy the identity shift.

Because on the other side, you’ll get so much more than a smaller pair of jeans 🫶

The plate hack I use to stay on track with my macros and calories, all without obsessing over the numbers.

My lunch today:

5 oz chicken breast
1.5 cups Romaine
Cherry tomatoes
Red pepper
Baby cucumber
Pepperoncini
1 tbsp feta
1 tbsp Greek vinaigrette (Cava brand)
1 tbsp hummus
1/2 cup brown rice

45 g protein, 6 g fiber, 500 cals

If I were trying to lose weight, I’d probably do 1/4 cup of rice and skip the cheese.

Emotional eating is not usually a lack of willpower.

If you don’t address the root causes driving the hormonal signals telling you to eat, then you’ll constantly ride the roller coaster of “try harder”, mess up, feel guilty, over and over again.

But if you actually fix the ROOT CAUSES, by learning how to eat for:
Natural GLP1 and leptin (fullness hormones)
Blood sugar balance (to keep insulin low)
Gut health (so the sugar craving bugs in your digestive tract aren’t running the show)

Once you’ve fixed these root causes, you can finally break through your emotional eating (so food is not your solution for every emotion).

A lot of women think of exercise as a way to burn fat by burning calories.

The biggest impacts on your fat loss come from dialing in your nutrition.

Yes, strength training builds lean muscle which increases your metabolic rate. So exercise is helpful for sure.

But if you’re trading calories burned for calories eaten, this isn’t a good strategy. You cant exercise your way out of a poor diet.

Instead, lock in with your nutrition.

I teach women to build meals that:
✔️ Produce natural GLP-1 for satiety and fullness
✔️ Balance blood sugar to manage cravings
✔️ Support lean muscle to increase metabolism

Every meal is an opportunity to balance your hormones and train your body to burn fat.

It’s slow and steady, but it’s the only sustainable way to lose the weight and keep it off.

I used to believe that staying lean meant staying strict.

I used to obsess over calories.
Push harder. Eat less.

But then it stopped working.
And the way I felt in my body?
exhausted, empty, overwhelmed.
