My name is Lauren Breeden and I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach here in McKinney, Texas. I help busy people take back their health through small, consistent changes, providing help and hope to those struggling with autoimmune diseases and everyday challenges. I have a passion for doing this because of my own health struggles and triumphs with lupus, Sjogren’s disease and chroni

c pain and fatigue. I didn’t think exercise was even possible or safe when I started out, but the right trainer and the right training showed me I was wrong. Over time I learned that I can be stronger, I can have more energy, and yes, I can THRIVE despite autoimmune issues. Being busy can’t be your excuse - make time for yourself now, because in the end your health is wealth! With better health you can have hope for a better tomorrow; and with a better tomorrow you can truly live a life of vitality.
