Meet AJ.

AJ has been part of the Excellence in Fitness team for four years and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Lebanon Valley College, where he also competed as a collegiate athlete.

Like many trainers, AJ originally envisioned working exclusively with athletes. But over the years, his perspective changed.

“What I’ve learned is that our clients are every bit as important as athletes. The difference is their competition isn’t on a field or court—it’s life.”

Whether it’s having the strength and energy to keep up with family, staying active while managing a busy career, or maintaining independence as the years go by, AJ is passionate about helping clients build confidence through movement.

His goal isn’t just to help people exercise—it’s to help them enjoy the process, understand their bodies, and continue doing the things they love for years to come.
