For us, it’s: a warm greeting, listening first & responding second, and making sure every single person connects with our care team from the very first hello.🫶

We see the late-night email responses, the check-ins, the “just making sure you’re okay” messages, and the steady presence in moments that can feel big, heavy and uncertain.

Surrogacy professionals do so much more than help administratively or medically...they guide, encourage, listen, and empower, creating a sense of calm. They’re there for both surrogates and intended parents when they need support throughout the process.

While this care often happens behind the scenes, it means so much to our families. It's like you're enveloping each of them in a warm hug, even virtually, when they need it most.
