The High Five for Prenatal to Five collaborative early learning project is hiring a Early Childhood Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS)! The BHS will work as an early childhood development expert within the pediatric primary care team at Dundalk Pediatric Associates in Dundalk, MD to provide screening, assessment, brief interventions, consultative services, education, referral linkages, advocacy, and follow-up for families with children ages 0-5.

Physician Assistants: Collaboration Agreement Termination Reminders
Physician assistants must report the termination of a collaboration agreement for any reason within 5 days. A termination report must include the (1) name and license number of the patient care team physician and physician assistant and (2) reason for termination, including a description of conduct or incident that resulted in the termination (COMAR 10.32.03.12A.(4)). Failure to report the termination of a collaboration agreement within the required timeframe may result in an administrative penalty (Health Occupations, §15-302(m)).
Physician assistants must terminate their collaboration agreement in their Practitioner Profile. Physician assistants or supervising physicians must also terminate a prior delegation agreement in their Practitioner Profile.
Physician assistants must retain a collaboration agreement and all documentation pertaining to the collaboration agreement for 5 years after termination of the collaboration for Board inspection (COMAR 10.32.03.06A.(1)).
