We specialize in personalized plastic surgery, aesthetic treatments, and advanced skincare, delivering natural-looking results with expert care in a refined, welcoming environment. Sandel IV is a Double Board Certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He came to Annapolis in 2008 to open a center specializing in cosmetic surgery of the face and neck and noninvasive skin care procedures.

In early 2015, Dr. Sandel relocated to West Annapolis and soon partnered with Dr. Claire S. The Sandel Duggal Center for Plastic Surgery and Med Spa was then created as a state-of-
the-art, stand-alone center focused on the highest quality patient care. The center not only expanded the medical spa treatment center, but also added an ambulatory surgery center to provide unparalleled service within the same facility. The Sandel Duggal Center for Plastic Surgery and Med Spa offers a comprehensive range of plastic and reconstructive surgery options for face and body, along with the latest in nonsurgical cosmetic procedures and laser treatments. Our Sandel Duggal Plastic Surgery & West Annapolis Medical Spa team will be closing early Friday, September 4th at 12:00 PM for our Annual Crab Feast! 🦀✨

We’ll be taking a little extra time to enjoy the holiday weekend and will reopen Tuesday, September 8th at 8:00 AM, refreshed and ready to see you!

Thank you to our wonderful patients for allowing us this time to celebrate together as a team. We appreciate your understanding and continued support more than you know! 🤍
