Spring break has definitely been fun so far! There is no class on Easter Sunday AND the following Sunday. (I will be away for a marathon)!

A dear friend, has been getting me out of my comfort zone at her gym at zero dark thirty where we jump up on stuff and throw heavy dodge balls… So, do the thing…even when you suck at it!

How about instead of yoga on Sunday, we all shovel? (Sunday, 1/25/26 yin is canceled. There will be no in person, or virtual class…because of the expected shoveling…).
