Post-workout or post-massage recovery tip ✨🛁

A warm magnesium bath with essential oils can help soothe sore muscles, reduce tension, and promote relaxation after a workout or massage session.

Some of our favorite recovery oils:
• Lavender – calming & relaxing
• Eucalyptus – helps ease muscle tension
• Peppermint – cooling relief for sore muscles
• Rosemary – great for stiffness & fatigue

Simply mix a few drops into Epsom salt or magnesium flakes before adding to your bath and soak for 20–30 minutes. Your muscles will thank you! 💙

We also carry Young Living essential oils available for purchase if you’d like to add any of these to your recovery routine! ✨

Check out Hitch Coffee, now parked just down the road from our office, in the parking lot of Reed's Lock & Access Control! They’re open Monday–Friday from 7 AM–2 PM, making it the perfect spot to grab a coffee before or after your relaxing massage at Lebanon Valley Massage. ☕✨

Today I tried an iced coffee and a lemon blueberry scone — both were absolutely fantastic! And if you know me, you know I love a good scone. 💙
