Fear doesn’t always mean danger, sometimes it means expansion. The nervous system
doesn’t distinguish between threat and unfamiliar growth very well. So, it sends signals
to pause, hesitate, or pull back. Instead of asking “what’s wrong with me,” try asking
“what feels unfamiliar here?” Awareness softens resistance.

Anger or irritability rises in the Solar Plexus, grief settles in the Heart, and the Throat fills with nervous talking or silence. Intrusive thoughts cloud the Third Eye while the Crown struggles to trust divine timing. Slowing down is not failure—it’s regulation.

Have you ever felt unusually tired, emotional, unmotivated, disconnected, or simply “off” and wondered why?

Many spiritual traditions teach that our chakras, or energy centers, can become overactive, underactive, or out of balance. But how do you know if that’s happening? And more importantly, what can you do about it?

In our next Psychic Development Class, we’ll explore:

🔹 Simple ways to support energetic balance
🔹 How to use a pendulum to assess your own chakras.
