Sitting out here in the gym taking mental notes! And then I just realized that this is my birthday month. So mean knowing this now I’m about to become 48 planning on being in the best shape of my life within 12 weeks. Clean eating. Scheduled eating. A friend of mine is putting together a 10 day challenge, starting on the 25th of this month! She will be putting up a menu of foods as far as what not to eat and the best way to drop in 10 days, the last prize was $200 and the entry fee is only five dollars. I do not know what the prize will be this year but well worth joining just to become more healthy! I’m going to start cheating as of tomorrowAnd get a jumpstart on everything.
