When you’ve been carrying grief for a while, you may not even notice how depleted you are.

You keep showing up.

You meet responsibilities.

You push through because things still need to get done.

From the outside, it can look like you’re functioning fine.

But internally, it can feel like there’s very little left in reserve.

That kind of fatigue doesn’t always come from doing too much in one day.

It comes from carrying too much for too long.

And it deserves to be acknowledged.

If your system is overwhelmed, your magic will feel scattered. Not because you’re doing it wrong, but because your body isn’t anchored.

Dude. Magic needs a stable container.
