One of the most common things I hear from people is:
“I thought that was normal.”
Being exhausted every afternoon.
Needing caffeine just to get through the day.
Brain fog.
Poor recovery.
Weight gain.
Just because something is common doesn’t mean it’s normal.
A lot of people wait years before asking why they feel the way they do.
Pay attention to what your body is telling you.
Sometimes the first step is simply asking better questions.
