🐴 Equine Respiratory Infections
Nasal discharge is one of the most common signs of respiratory disease in horses. Other symptoms may include coughing, fever, swollen lymph nodes, loss of appetite, and decreased performance. Respiratory infections can spread quickly, so early recognition, isolation, and veterinary care are important to help protect your horse and others in the barn.
Early diagnosis and proper management can help prevent complications and limit the spread of disease.
