With Speech-to-Speech (STS) you speak on your calls and a relay operator re-voices what you say only when needed for clarity.
Which means:
1. You decide what to say.
2. You control the pace of the call.
3. You always stay actively involved.
4. The relay operator supports—not replaces—you

Your voice matters. STS is here to make sure every word is clearly communicated.

For most people with ALS, there comes a point when their communication needs change—and that’s where accessible technology matters.
This , we recognize that everyone deserves communication options that preserve dignity, independence, and connection. Accessible relay services help people with ALS stay heard—at every stage of the journey.
