Two diagnoses landed at once.

Lupus. Scleroderma.

My body was in rebellion. And I had two choices: surrender or rebuild.

I chose to rebuild.

But here's what nobody tells you about that decision: rebuilding isn't a straight line. I had already been doing all the "right" things. Eating well. Staying active. The weight wouldn't budge. The fatigue was relentless.

And the traditional system? It wasn't designed to see the whole picture.
What changed everything was finding energy medicine and working with a holistic health coach. In two hours, I learned more about my own body than four years of doctor's appointments combined.
