Apparently some tattooers are turning away paying clients because they used AI to help explain their tattoo idea.
😂 Cool. Send them my way.
If another artist told you not to bring an AI-generated image, gave you attitude about it, or made you feel stupid for using one.....bring it to me.

“AI doesn't understand skin.”
Correct.
“AI doesn't understand how tattoos age.”
Correct.
“AI puts too much detail into small areas and doesn't understand placement, flow, or what's actually tattooable.”
Also correct.
You know who DOES understand all of that?...ME. 😂
That's literally my fu***ng job.
I'm supposed to look at your idea and tell you what works, what doesn't, what needs to be bigger, what needs to disappear, and why. Thats part of being the professional!

If your AI image has 1,000 pounds of s**t stuffed into a one-pound bag, I'm not going to clutch my pearls and send you away. I'm going to communicate with you like a professional and fix it. We've spent decades Frankensteining Pinterest pictures, Google images, other people's tattoos, s**tty sketches and 20 unrelated references together. But now a client can show us ONE image that's closer to what's actually in their head and suddenly we're rejecting work over it 😂 Okay! Weird! Lol.
An AI-generated image doesn't need to understand tattooing.....YOUR TATTOO ARTIST DOES!
Bring me the idea. We'll talk about it, fix what needs fixing, and turn it into a tattoo that actually works.

And if another artist doesn't want your business because AI touched the reference? Well....bring it to me, I got you!

I just wanted to take a moment and remind the community that it is okay to not be okay.

Less than 3 weeks ago, our area was hit with a devastating tornado. Victims and survivors alike are struggling. Just because the media coverage stopped, the need doesn't.

From family life, to work and everything in between, sometimes the stress becomes too much. Just know that it is normal to stumble from time to time.

When the world feels heavy, there is help.
