From Kevin ~ Being physically active and in shape has always been a part of my life. Building and maintaining a beautifully shaped and well-toned body requires dedication to a regimen of cardiovascular exercise and weight training; along with adherence to a healthy diet. People choose to work out with a Personal Trainer for a number of reasons. First, starting an exercise program requires well-informed guidance in order to maximize results and minimize the risk of injury. Many people rush into weightlifting and either injure themselves, or waste time doing exercises that are ineffective. Second, to insure that you see results, exercise programs need to evolve and change as your body grows and changes. The role of a Personal Trainer is to monitor your workout progress and change the program so that you continue to make noticeable progress. It’s also my job to set goals and provide measurements of progress, so you stay motivated and can see your progress – not just on paper but in the mirror as well. I will teach you correct weightlifting form for proper execution. Together we will identify your weak areas and improve your strength in those areas. I will empower you to realize you can accomplish more physically than what you ever dreamed possible for yourself.
