I wanted to highlight today the importance of integration. It's a word that's used a lot in the micro and macro communities, and that's because it is so very important.
Integration is how we create significant change in our lives. This medicine will help us to shift perspectives, and open new channels of awareness, but we must take action with the things we become aware of.
An example is body awareness. This medicine may help you to realize that 8 hours at the desk is creating neck and shoulder tension... now it's up to you to do something about that - this is integration. Integration for this realization could be to look up neck and shoulder stretches, and to follow through with doing them several times during your work day.
Integration is a personal process, and it's supposed to be something that helps you to take action to positively shift your life, not be a chore. Make it fun, make it your own!
