Well… apparently I still remember how to massage…😂🌺

After about nine months away from the table…I’ve been mostly behind the scenes, focusing on the admin side of our businesses 🤪💞

Then we had our annual event coming up on Saturday, and I thought, Oh sh*t…I should probably make sure I still know what I’m doing!! 😂

So Friday night, I made my husband get on the table at Spa by the Sea for a little practice session. I was honestly a little nervous that I’d forgotten how to massage! 😳

But the moment I started, it felt like coming home! 🫶

And then Saturday, I got to massage at this beautiful event we’ve been part of for years. It was so lovely to give, connect, and be back doing the work I genuinely LOVE! ❤️

It felt SO good to massage again!! 💃 no matter what happens in life, I feel so blessed to know that I can ALWAYS return to this practice and feel WHOLE! Lomi for LIFE!

🍁 Happy Fall, everyone! 🍁

Fall is my absolute favorite time of year!

There’s something about the crispness in the air, the cooler mornings and evenings, the changing light, the colors, the smell of the leaves… everything seems to invite us to slow down just a little ❤️

After the fullness and busyness of summer, fall feels like a natural time to turn inward. To settle into new rhythms. To take a breath. To notice what our bodies and minds might be asking for.

It’s also a season of abundance and harvest—a beautiful reminder to appreciate what we’ve grown, gathered, and created, and to make a little space for what’s next! 🍃

Before we know it, November and December arrive and it’s go, go, go… party, party, party! 😂😬

I look at Fall is your little window to pause…

A massage.
A cozy bath with some Briana Wiles goodness, ofcourse! 🛁
A warm cup of tea. 🍵
A quiet morning.
