With recent events and headlines, more Moms and women are bravely sharing that they have felt alone, that they have needed more support and resources, and that they continue to struggle with finding the balance between nurturing themselves and being the best mom or employee that they can be.

Research continues to show that you cannot pour from an empty cup. One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and our families is creating a space where we feel heard, validated, and supported. A space to learn tools for emotional regulation, to show up exactly as we are without judgment, and to be reminded that there is hope.

With back-to-school right around the corner, I have adjusted my schedule and currently have limited daytime availability, along with a few 3 PM openings.

Motherhood was never meant to be done alone. The Village Project offers moms a free, supportive space to pause, breathe, and receive the care they so often give to others.
