New tool day. 🔧

Every so often a shipping strap cracks on one of our chillers. We don't send product out like that, so we found a better way: an electric strapping machine. Two straps in, line it up, tension, seal.

Woke up to take a plunge and your water's not flowing? On a Plunge Gen 1, the most common failure point is the AC to DC transformer that powers the pump. If its light isn't on and you've confirmed you've got power, that's your issue.

Our Gen 1 Water Pump Replacement Kit swaps the pump and transformer for a Danner 1200 Aquamag that plugs straight into the tub's GFCI power strip.
