New bill signed by Governor Youngkin allows patients to begin purchasing medical ma*****na without registering with the state. This law goes into effect July 1, 2022.

New rules for medical ma*****na registration in Virginia allow patients to begin purchasing ma*****na from dispensary locations the same day they are approved by our ma*****na doctor.

Virginia House GOP blocks a bill that would have allowed recreational sales of ma*****na to begin in 2022.

A bill that would have allowed for recreational sale of ma*****na in Virginia in 2022 was voted down by lawmakers. Virginia ma*****na cards remain the only way to legally purchase ma*****na in Virginia.
