For more than three decades, I have dedicated my career to healthcare, clinical laboratory services, education, leadership, entrepreneurship, scientific collaboration, and community service. Throughout this time, I have not only developed technical expertise but have also built businesses, trained healthcare professionals, mentored entrepreneurs, collaborated with physicians and specialty laboratories, and expanded access to diagnostic services for underserved communities.
This portfolio reflects the breadth of my professional experience and lifelong commitment to learning. It documents my work as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TCF Lab Service LLC, my leadership in laboratory operations, my experience as a Master Phlebotomist, educator, mentor, speaker, and advocate for community health. Evelina "Eve" Kissentaner is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TCF Lab Service LLC, a certified minority-owned clinical laboratory and mobile phlebotomy company headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. With more than 30 years of professional experience in laboratory services, healthcare operations, diagnostic testing, and business leadership, she has built a career dedicated to expanding access to quality healthcare while mentoring future professionals and serving communities throughout Texas.
Mrs. E.L. Kissentaner has developed expertise in clinical laboratory operations, mobile diagnostics, specimen collection, therapeutic phlebotomy, occupational health testing, federal and non-federal drug and alcohol testing, DNA and relationship testing, wellness diagnostics, and laboratory management. Her work has supported physicians, hospitals, home health agencies, hospice organizations, behavioral health providers, assisted living facilities, veterans, schools, employers, research organizations, and community outreach programs.
As an entrepreneur, she founded TCF Lab Service LLC with a vision of delivering patient-centered laboratory services directly to individuals and healthcare organizations. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its services to include mobile phlebotomy, cash-pay laboratory testing, customized wellness panels, community health screenings, church and corporate laboratory pop-up events, and support for specialty diagnostic testing.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Kissentaner has collaborated with nationally recognized physicians, healthcare executives, and specialty laboratories, including work involving precision medicine, functional medicine, oncology-related testing support, longevity medicine, toxicology, genetics, and clinical research specimen coordination.
