Why can clarity still feel emotionally heavy?

Understanding a relationship pattern can bring perspective, while sadness, self-doubt, or exhaustion may take more time to ease. Insight and emotional recovery are connected, but they do not always happen at the same pace. If these experiences affect your mood, sleep, relationships, or sense of safety, Texas Mind Behavior and Psychiatric Clinic is available for consultation.
