Started off Wednesday by delivering donuts to the amazing team at Ridgmar Medical Lodge! 🍩☕️

I’ve had the privilege of working with so many of their staff in my “previous life,” with some relationships going back as far as 23 years! ❤️ It’s always so special to reconnect with familiar faces and continue building those relationships in this next phase.

From there, I headed to Just Brewed for a great morning of conversations, connections, and new opportunities. I’m so grateful for the people in this industry who continue to support one another and share the same passion for helping seniors and their families.

At NextPhase Senior Living Advisors, we’re here to be a resource for families and healthcare professionals—helping make the journey to the right senior living community a little easier. 💜

This will be a great event with the funds going to a great cause: Dementia Friendly Fort Worth! We have seen firsthand the impact this organization has on our seniors!

Please join us for our Faces of Dementia Showcase on September 24th from 4–6 PM at the Fort Worth Museum of Science & History!

This inspiring evening will bring our community together to raise awareness and support for Dementia Friendly Fort Worth, helping create a more inclusive and compassionate community for those impacted by dementia.

Meals On Wheels-Tarrant County provides so much more than a hot meal, and I loved learning more about the many ways they support seniors and help them remain connected and independent.

They have nutrition counseling, The HomeMeds Program, Companion Pet Meals program and many more!

The more resources we know about, the better we can help our seniors.

Today was all about building relationships with the incredible case managers who help patients and families every day.

We loved the opportunity to introduce NextPhase Senior Living Advisors, share what we do, and let them know they have a local resource they can count on when senior living questions come up.
