Exciting news!

I am honored to be collaborating with and to provide a 7 Day Postpartum Meal Guide for parents across the country

Baby2Baby provides essential items to more than ONE MILLION CHILDREN across the country. Without their efforts many families would be without critical items such as diapers, formula, clothing, shelter.

Comment “meal plan” below to be added to our email list so that you not only can be notified when the guide drops, but you can share it & spread awareness 🧺🛒

Soft Launch: The Postpartum Nutrition & Recovery Guide

I’m so excited to finally share this resource! 🤍

I created this guide to help postpartum parents understand what their bodies need to heal and how to realistically nourish themselves in the middle of newborn life.

Inside, you’ll find support with postpartum nutrition and recovery, meal planning and grocery shopping, eating while feeding or pumping, breastfeeding nutrition, & more.

This is a soft launch because I’ll continue adding resources, expanding the content, and building out a postpartum resource directory with trusted providers, programs, and community support.

And, as always, I would LOVE your feedback! Your thoughts will help me continue making this resource as useful and supportive as possible.

The postpartum period is a time of immense physical, emotional, and nutritional change, yet many parents receive little guidance on how to nourish themselves

A coming home to the parts of you that existed long before the rules did.

Eating disorder recovery isn’t about becoming “good” at food or finally getting everything right. It’s about rebuilding trust. Learning safety. Making space for nourishment and softness again. 🫧🤍🪺
