Excited to partner with HMG Healthcare LLC at Harbor Lakes Nursing & Rehabilitation Center to elevate remote care with the help of AI insights. With Rosie equipment, our care at Harbor Lakes Nursing & Rehabilitation Center will be more vigilant inside and outside the building.

Intensely grateful that a 10-year relationship with the high-performing Calvin Crosby, LNFA has resulted in Platinum Line and LTHC Solutions coming together to make nursing workflows easier, MDS follow-up better and provide more resources for our patients and their nursing home operations team.

⚙️ Equipment Setup at Springtown Park!

The LTHCareline team was onsite at Springtown Park Rehabilitation and Care Center, a Priority Management facility, to begin setting up AI-integrated tools. Another step toward supporting more connected, proactive, and timely care for residents. 💜

With the equipment set up, staff training is next! We look forward to working alongside the Springtown Park team to help ensure staff are ready and confident to incorporate these tools into their daily care workflows.
