We have got to a point in life where we want instant results or we find a short cut to get that result instantly.
I have never should have let myself get to the point of where I was. I am thankful that God give me the strength and the focus that changed my life style.
Show your kids early the lifestyle of being healthy and hopefully they will never have to do through what I'm going through now. I absolutely love it everyday but I wish I would be at a point of just maintenance for my health.
Yoooooo and this for YOU.... the one always saying I will start tomorrow. Just give yourself 30 mins a day to start. Walk jog go play basketball just do something to move. Be thankful that you still can don't let it waste away.
I want to Thank my boy for always plugging me in with tips. My girl for always holding me accountable. My daughter for always saying something nice to me. To both of my sons for keeping me motivated Cole Bogard and .
To and for getting me started.
I'm still fat but I feel way better.
Just trying to be a yoked Grandpa.
