I'm thrilled to announce the receipt of my certification for advanced Kundalini Yoga training from Yoga Farm Ithaca. Through Aryuveda, enneagrams, and lunar archetypes, this amazing 300-hour program has allowed me to explore the bounds of my own mind, body and spirit. I am now developing workshops to share with you all. 🧘‍♀️💝

☑ In the meantime, I have openings for Friday evening yoga classes in Arlington. 💖 Please let me know if you are interested in learning more.

Check out our summertime sound bath schedule. If you've never been to one, you can expect to relax and reset your energies with a short guided meditation that supports intentional growth aligned with the wheel of the year, followed by an immersion into a soothing and beneficial concert of sounds. Each offering is $35/person.

We'll be at Hearth Wisdom Store on Thursday July 16 at 7pm. Get your tix through Hearth Wisdom's Events.
