As a small business, last-minute cancellations leave appointment times that we are often unable to fill, especially during our high-demand hours. To help us continue providing the best care and availability for all patients, cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of treatment from a package, depending on the service booked.
