We often associate fresh starts with the new year, but late spring and early summer are truly the seasons of new beginnings, with longer daylight, warmer air and reemerging growth. Our environment mirrors what many of us feel internally – an inspiration to move, clean, change, refresh and revive.

Hear from Chiara Eberhardt, LCSW, LCDC, an Employee Assistance Program clinician, who shares why those yearly resolutions deserve a different starting line that can inspire mental wellness at https://bit.ly/4amLPPq.
