Did you catch the Blue Moon last night?

This week's practice includes an exploration of the effect of the moon on the tides and the treasures found in the tidal pools left behind when the ocean ebbs and flows.

It is centered around change, uncertainty, and trusting life’s natural rhythms. Through a calming visualization and gentle Sama Vritti (equal breathing) breathwork, we explore the idea that even during transitions, there is still a steady rhythm underneath it all.

If life has felt uncertain, overwhelming, or in-between lately, I hope this meditation offers you a moment of calm and grounding.
