Where are my ladies that attended Julie & I’s Yoga & Vision Board Workshop in January?!!!

I found mine the other day cleaning and rearranging my room 🥰

Looking back at the last 9 months, I have been doing exactly all of this… indulging in some dark chocolate , but roasting those veggies 🤪
… living adventurously….following my heart…the studio is open for all the breathing!

I hope you are able to pause this weekend for the Holiday and enjoy some great food with family & friends!

We had fun last night, my energy carried right into class last night, not sure what’s in the universe right now 🤓 Our Warm flow was rewarded with a few extra minutes to rest, with all the smiles i enjoyed from my students! 🧘🏼‍♀️

➡️Ps check out how beautiful my sisters flowers are! She gave them extra love all summer , but now that she’s back to school, I may have to wander over there to whisper to them now 😉

Sometimes we forget how abundant our lives really are compared to others around the world.
… and that new mural in Town 😍 How beautiful this addition is …
Do you see the Ferris wheel shaded in?! Reminds me how life is like a Ferris wheel, the anticipation of getting to the top to see everything… and then the drop of the belly, butterflies that come with coming down … the normalcy for just a small time, then right back up into the sky to see everything again…. 🎡

What was your favorite ride at the Fair when you were younger? 🤔 Mine was the Space Ship 🚀 Go figure 🤪🛸👩🏻‍🚀
