🚨 START WITH PLACEMENT

If I could go back and rebuild my senior care journey from the beginning, I would do one thing differently:

I would start with placement.

When my wife and I started in senior care, we had the LLC.
We had the license.
We had the logo.
We had the dream.

But we didn’t have enough clients.

I remember sitting in the car outside a client’s house waiting for my wife to finish a 12-hour shift — not as the owner of the company, but as the caregiver working the case herself.

That experience taught me something I wish I understood from Day One:

Senior care is not primarily an advertising business. It’s a TRUST business.
