Summer Schedule starts Monday, 6/22. Lots of classes are shifting and/or changing formats so be sure to look as some of your go to options might have changed!!

The Forward 40 starts Monday, 6/22!
40 Classes, 60 days. In person and livestream count, in person 6:15am counts DOUBLE. ⚡️⚡️

Dock Barre classes at Oscar’s Coffee start Weds, 6/24! Join us at 7am for 8 consecutive Summer Wednesday mornings. Bring your yoga mat and your shades! 😎

What an incredible privilege it’s been watching hit this milestone!!

750 represents so much more than classes completed. It’s dedication, perseverance, growth, friendships, and a commitment to becoming stronger every day.

And yes, Sherry’s hair always looks this perfect before and after class. 💁‍♀️

There’s a new face on the BF instructor team….

A big welcome to 🙌

Abby is sliding into the Monday evening spot on our schedule and we are pumped to have her join our team!!

Abby found her love for barre in 2017. With a background in dance, she was initially drawn to its ballet-inspired movements. She later grew to love its low-impact approach that focuses on alignment and full-body strengthening. She loves that you can customize barre to your needs each day. Abby became a barre instructor in 2021 and is committed to inspiring others to discover their strength from the inside out!

Abby was drawn to Barre Forward for its welcoming staff, calming studio vibe, and the energy in each class. She loves the flow of each format and the sneaky burn you never see coming!

When not teaching barre, Abby has a passion for special education. She is a teacher of the blind and visually impaired within Anne Arundel county public schools. In her free time, Abby enjoys time with her husband, baby boy, and two Dalmatian pups. You can catch her taking barre class, reading the newest thriller novel, or relaxing with red wine!
