✨ We’re excited to introduce a brand new class at the Aromas Community Grange! ✨

Where Pilates meets Yoga — on the Chair.

A gentle yet effective full-body workout designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and support balance — followed by a soothing guided meditation to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.

This class is especially welcoming to seniors, individuals with limitations or injuries, and anyone who finds mat Pilates or traditional yoga challenging.

If getting up and down from the floor isn’t comfortable for you, this class is for you.
If you’re rebuilding strength or looking for a safe, supportive way to move — this class is for you.

📅 Every Wednesday | 3:00–4:00 PM
🌿 Starting March 11th (this coming Wednesday!)

To fully enjoy the relaxing guided meditation at the end of class, please bring a warm hoodie or sweater so you can stay cozy and comfortable.
