This is my husband. He is my why.

Most people don't need a miracle. They need someone to show them where to begin. Someone to sit with them, help them understand what they're looking at, and turn it into a plan they can follow. This is my passion. If this helps one person, I'm happy.

For years I asked Clay to look under his own hood. He was bloated, inflamed, tired all the time, and kept telling me he was fine. In August of 2025 he finally agreed to get his labs done. We took the results to his doctor.

His cholesterol was 274. His LDL was 198. The entire conversation: it's probably familial, take a statin, eat less saturated fat. That was it.

I was so pi**ed. She had the numbers in front of her and never asked why.

I'm not a doctor or a clinician. I'm a woman who got obsessed with understanding what lab numbers actually mean, because nobody was explaining them to us. I ordered the advanced lipid panel and sat at our kitchen table learning what every marker was telling us. And found an Lp(a) of 232, a hereditary marker never tested in his life, one a standard panel will never find.

The labs didn't make him look like that. B**r, ultra processed food, no exercise, and not taking it seriously did. The labs just gave it a number he couldn't argue with.

It still took him a few months. Then his hereditary markers scared him straight. From there we had a clear picture and a plan. Real food. Training four days a week. Targeted supplements and peptides. He quit alcohol on his own. He did the work. I gave him the map.

Four months later, same lab, same test, his insulin resistance markers were back in the normal range. A year in, his cholesterol is 199, his ApoB is 95, and his inflammation is as low as the lab reads. No statin. His Lp(a) is still high and always will be, but now he knows.

It wasn't a miracle. It was a year of hard fu***ng work.

This is the work I do. My clients range from 39 to 65, and every one had been told they were fine. If you're in midlife, inflamed, stuck, and told everything is normal but you know something isn't right, this is who I work with one on one. I have 10 spots available.

Comment "curious" and let's figure it out together.

Sardine recipes, pâté recipes, healthy recipes

Handing out dates and pumpkin seeds. Iron, zinc, magnesium, and the reason your hair might actually grow.

Two ingredients. More minerals than most people get in a day.

Pumpkin seeds bring iron for healthy red blood cells and hair growth, zinc for immune function and skin and hair health, magnesium for muscles nerves and energy, protein for tissue repair, and healthy fats for everything else your body is running on.

Dates bring fiber for digestion, copper to help your body actually absorb that iron, potassium for your muscles and nerves, and natural carbohydrates for sustained energy without the crash.

Iron and zinc deficiency are two of the most common causes of hair thinning and slow growth in women. This combo addresses both directly from real food not a supplement.

Pair with a squeeze of lemon, lime, or a handful of berries. The vitamin C helps your body absorb the plant based iron from the pumpkin seeds. That is not a suggestion. That is science.

And yes. This also doubles as a tasty dessert. You are welcome.

This is food as medicine. Not a diet. A belief.

I'd love to tell you it's green juice. 🐟
