Jeff jumped into the 9:00am class and fit right in with an awesome crew, and Bailey joined the 4:30pm group and blended seamlessly into that big, energetic, slightly wild class.

Big shoutout to Alena Comella💥💪

This past winter, Alena competed in the Adirondack Fitness Challenge Qualifiers — 3 brutal workouts that tested strength, grit, and pure determination.

And guess what?
SHE QUALIFIED. 🔥🔥🔥

This weekend, she’s headed to the Adirondacks to take on a two-day competition with some of the fittest athletes out there. 🏋️‍♀️⛰️

We couldn’t be more proud of her!
Alena, your hard work and relentless drive inspire us all.
