After a much-anticipated wait, business cards finally came in! 🌞 Today, I’ll be handing out some of these cards to local businesses and doctor’s offices. It is a bright, sunny day and that makes it perfect for adventuring.

☀️Exciting news is on the horizon! ☀️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
First, it is time to c e l e b r a t e! 🎉 After months of studying (up to 10 hours a day most days😅), four board exams, and lots of waiting…. I am a licensed acupuncturist, board certified Dipl. OM, and soon to be opening the next door in my journey!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ve been in a period of rest. My mind, body, and soul have been recovering from three years of rigorous study, plus boards. So, in order to recuperate, I’ve stepped away for quite awhile. It is vital to listen to our bodies and what they need. Energy is a precious thing that we’re exchanging every moment of every day. We must be so conscious in how we expend it - especially when we’re struggling to have enough. To help myself fill up, emphasizing rest in its many forms was necessary. And it has been such a restorative period of rest. ❤️

But… as the next exciting adventure comes closer, I’m returning to share the beauty of this amazing medicine & the journey to come. 🤗 I hope you’ll stick around for the fun.
