On this longest night,
may you release what has grown heavy
and rest without apology.

May the darkness wrap you like a warm cloak,
not as an ending,
but as fertile stillness—
a place where seeds remember who they are becoming.

May the returning light arrive slowly,
without urgency,
teaching you that illumination does not rush
and growth does not need force.

May your grief be held with tenderness,
your joy welcomed without guilt,
and your heart given permission

As the light returns,
