Rachel Lucas recently hit her 100 Session Member Milestone! Woot woot! 😝🥳

Here’s what Coach Shannon had to say:
“Rachel comes from a very athletic background but manages to hurt herself by walking & chewing gum, (and this is why we strength train)🤣. When she joined OTA about a year ago, she was dealing with some instability in her knee from a previous injury of a dislocated knee cap…she is now about to compete in a lifting competition with no problems 🙌

She loves the outdoors and all her 4-legged children 🐶 🐱.
Congratulations on one hundo! You worked SO hard, Rach!”

“Laura is only the 5th member to reach this incredible milestone.
Laura’s consistency over the years has been remarkable. Being a collegiate athlete, she has another level of intensity compared to most people when pushing in the gym. She will motivate you to work harder just being in her presence. It’s been amazing to see you grow over the last few years! Thank you Laura!”
