The Broncos came away with a win on Sunday, but it wasn’t all good news. Surtain and Hufanga both suffered ankle injuries- we're wishing them and all other injured players a speedy recovery!

While fall and winter sports bring plenty of excitement, injuries can sometimes sideline even the most dedicated athletes. Tara A. Taylor, FNP, is the Clinical Director of ViveWell Health Summit in Dillon, Colorado, bringing over 21 years of nursing experience. Originally from New Jersey, she relocated to Summit County in 2004, where she lives with her husband, Zachary, their golden retriever, Fiona, and extended family.

Tara graduated with honors from the University of Colorado Anschutz in 2017 and has 17 years of experience in critical care. For the past 7 years, she has practiced as a nurse practitioner, specializing in integrative and holistic medicine, and has played a key role in expanding ViveWell’s reach.

Her approach to care is deeply personal, shaped by her own experience with a neurological autoimmune condition. After finding significant improvement through alternative therapies, she pursued advanced training, becoming a Certified Chelation Specialist through the American Academy for the Advancement in Medicine (ACAM). Under the mentorship of Dr. Benjamin Busch, she incorporates innovative therapies such as Major Autohemotherapy and IV Methylene Blue into patient care.

Tara is passionate about delivering cutting-edge, root-cause-focused care and helping patients achieve lasting wellness.

Nate joined ViveWell Health in the Fall of 2024 to help with marketing. He was promoted to Director of Marketing Operations at the beginning of 2026. Nate was instrumental in building business systems that helped the company grow rapidly, increasing the gross revenue of the business 5x. He brings numerous partnerships to the table, supports two medical practices and is an integral part of the patient experience, as he conducts the Discovery conversations with new patients. Nate has integrity, talent, intellect and grit. Though he is in his early 30's, Nate is growing professionally and emerging as a leader at ViveWell Health.

ViveWell took a trip to this past weekend, and we had an absolute blast! 🏔️🏃‍♀️

Being part of our Colorado community is a huge part of our mission, and getting the opportunity to support local runners and businesses was such a great way to do just that.

We were especially excited to help some of the runners recover post-race with a recovery IV packed with vitamins, peptides, electrolytes, and other recovery-supporting nutrients. 💪

Dr. Erin M. Woessner, D.O., is an osteopathic physician, board-certified in neuromusculoskeletal medicine, osteopathic manipulation, and family medicine. A graduate of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, she has two decades of clinical experience caring for people of all ages and stages of life. She offers holistic, hands‑on osteopathic and cranial biodynamic care to support overall wellness, ease chronic conditions, heal injuries and trauma, and prevent disease.
