I was recently ask how I measure success as a coach.
It’s not the number of clients I train.
It’s not financial milestones.
For me, success is seeing athletes and clients grow in confidence, resilience, and belief in themselves.
I got into strength and conditioning to help create positive change in people’s lives. This field isn’t always glamorous or highly paid so you truly have to love the work and grind. I’m grateful every day that I get the opportunity do what I do.
Working with Iyla over the past couple of years has been something special. She shows up curious, locked in, and ready to learn, a total sponge. Her energy is contagious, and her ability to perform at such a high level at her age is incredible to watch.
I’m blessed to be part of her journey and I can’t wait to see where she goes next as an athlete and as a human. She’s destined for great things.
If you’re new to training or ready to pick things back up again, I’d love to help guide you too. Let’s build something together.
