Safe Space Yoga. There's a lot of intention behind that name.

Props, blankets, sweatshirts, bolsters, and 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. We do what we can to have any item that you would need to feel comfortable and supported in your body, because all bodies and needs are different and one size does not fit all.

This is a space where you get to make the decisions that are best for you.

Meet Maria Gabriela Guevara, Pharm.D., a doctor of pharmacy, certified Ayurveda Health Counselor, yoga teacher, and founder of . Maria Gabriela knows this journey personally. She lived it. Brain fog, fatigue, insomnia, burnout. Instead of just prescribing her way through it, she turned to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and found a way back to herself.

Tomorrow she brings that knowledge to our room.

We know what it feels like to walk into a room and feel like you are the only one going through something. At PeriPowerful we may all walk in with that feeling, but our hope is that you walk out feeling more supported and prepared.

Every gathering we bring together women who are navigating perimenopause and menopause and introduce them to experts who are here to educate, empower, and answer the questions you didn't even know you had. It is part workshop, part community, and completely worth your time.

𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.

💚 May is Mental Health Awareness Month and at Boundless we believe in the importance of holding space for our clients while contributing to something bigger. That is what Jefferson Center for Mental Health represents. A place that shows up for members of our community and helps them move through different stages of their healing journey.

𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠, 𝟐𝟎% 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫. Safe Space Yoga is a trauma-informed, choice-based class designed to support people navigating trauma, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation. It runs every Sunday at 8:00am and every Thursday at 8:30am throughout May. Space is limited to 8, so we encourage you to register early.

In Safe Space Yoga you will never receive unsolicited hands-on assists and your teacher will not be moving unpredictably around the room. For a nervous system that is already overwhelmed, unpredictability can feel like one more thing to brace against. This class is designed to be the opposite of that. Predictable, gentle, and always your choice.

This class is gentle and inclusive. You don't need to have trauma or high anxiety to benefit. Safe Space Yoga welcomes you as you are, and when you join us you give yourself the opportunity to gently care for yourself while giving back to a cause that truly matters.
