Celebrate the energy of the Spring Equinox with a peaceful community meditation surrounded by a breathtaking art installation at The Art Spot Saturday March 21st at 6:30pm.

This is a beautiful moment of renewal, balance, and new beginnings. As the light returns and nature begins to bloom, we’ll gather together as a community to breathe, reset, and invite positive energy for the season ahead.

We will be surrounded by a stunning art installation “Perennial Plague” created by & .hoffer allowing creativity, reflection, and community energy to guide our meditation experience and sound healing.

Take this time to release the heaviness of winter and allow your spirit to rise with the new season.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket to make yourself comfortable for meditation.

Through Reiki, we calm the nervous system, release blocked energy, and support the natural flow of the chakras. When our energy centers are aligned, we create space for healing, clarity, and deep peace.

In my sessions, I create a quiet sanctuary for you to rest, receive, and reset. Using Reiki, breath, and sound, we allow the body to shift from survival mode into a state of restoration and harmony.

One of my favorite parts of training clients is ending our strength session with hands-on stretching and traction work. After lifting, your muscles are warm, open, and ready to lengthen — the perfect time to create more space in the joints, improve mobility, and release deep tension.

Flexibility isn’t just about touching your toes.
It’s about:
• Better posture
• Less pain
• Easier movement
• Faster recovery
• A more balanced mind and body

When we combine strength and stretching, your body learns to move with more freedom and ease. Traction helps decompress the spine and joints, while flexibility work helps restore mobility and prevent injury — so you leave feeling lighter, longer, and more aligned.
