Tarah offers her doula services in hospitals, birth centers, and home settings, collaborating seamlessly with each expectant mother’s medical and care team, including doctors, nurses, and midwives. Understanding that every birth is a unique and deeply personal experience, Tarah tailors her support to honor each family’s choices, ensuring the best possible journey. Beyond birth, she provides creative assistance, such as helping families introduce pets to their new baby. Her specialties include:
• Comprehensive support through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum, including breastfeeding and lactation education.
