Reminder this Sunday is our Summer Bash Family Night starting at 4:30. Residents and resident families are invited to come and enjoy a great meal, yard games and help celebrate Father’s Day. Bring a lawn chair and we will see you Sunday!

Yesterday’s activities brought excitement, concentration, physical activity, and so many different opportunities for fun and engagement! Our residents enjoyed a variety of energizing activities that kept minds active, bodies moving, and smiles shining throughout the day. We are grateful for every moment spent creating meaningful experiences and wonderful memories together.

This was a wonderful day, but the highlight was receiving a visit from a group of 4th-grade students from Bois D’Arc School!

They arrived with postcards they had designed and created themselves. As they made their way through the facility, they proudly announced, “You’ve got mail!” while greeting our residents with warm smiles and friendly conversations.

The students handed out the sweetest little cards, bringing joy, laughter, and plenty of smiles to everyone they met. Their kindness and thoughtfulness truly brightened our residents’ day, and we are so grateful they took the time to visit us.

The day continued as we celebrated our hard-working CNAs! Even the children joined in by greeting our CNAs with the heartfelt words, “You are appreciated.”

What a wonderful way to kick off a week-long celebration honoring a group of employees who go above and beyond every day to provide compassionate care for the residents of Ash Grove Health Care Facility. Their dedication, kindness, and commitment make a difference in the lives of our residents each and every day.

We can’t wait to see what tomorrow will bring as we continue celebrating our amazing CNA team!

A busy, fun-filled day with plenty of laughter and, at times, a little friendly competition! We ended the day with a special blessing through gospel music and ministry brought to us by Robert Dodson.

Many different activities took place today! Here are a few photos of our residents in the MCU enjoying a fun game of balloon ball. We also captured a few moments in the activities room where residents played Jeopardy. With their backs to the camera, they were able to fully concentrate on the questions and work together to come up with the best answers for their host, Lisa.

The 2026 RENDEZVOUS is September 12th and we are looking for vendors to come enjoy our town’s fall festival.
