Valerie Moore Wellness Valerie Moore Wellness is a certified holistic health and wellness coaching practice.

We help to "wreck" the mindset of our clients that sabotage their efforts to embrace and successfully maintain a healthy lifestyle through daily healthy food choices. I work with women (and a few men) who are totally ready to heal their relationship with food and bring their total being into balance: mind, body & spirit. I provide tools to help them reconnect with their authentic self, eliminate unhealthy cravings, and deconstruct limiting belief systems. Through the process, they discover a new way of eating that supports them and their goals individually. They learn secrets to having more energy throughout the day while creating the life they've always wanted to live, fearlessly, authentically, and healthy.
