Welcome to the firm’s page! I am S. Natasha Gillis, principal of The Gillis Firm, PLLC. My practice focuses on representing medical and dentists as well as helping service-based small businesses with their legal needs. My guilty pleasure is to walk around town and point to each business that I represent. It makes me proud to know that I have helped several brilliant business owners achieve what most people consider a dream. We are a boutique law firm providing services exclusively to businesses and their owners. From start up through partnership changes and acquisitions, I handle it all. I represent businesses from diverse backgrounds with a heavy focus on medical and dental practices. A sampling of services that I personally provide include:
