Nadora Moon Nadora is Greek for "a beautiful gift"
The moon for me represents so many things. She is a reminder that we can hold space for ourselves in all of our forms.

Often times it can be easy to look at situations in our life as life is happening TO us.

The truth is, even the moments that stir up the most inside of us are often preparing us for the moments then things stir up in our life.
So we are ready.

When we meet those pieces of our selves within and ride the waves of each piece as they come - we release it out of our system.

And through doing so - create a foundation stand on when its time to navigate the waves in real time.

Every day is a lesson.
Every lesson is a blessing.
Everything is an opportuniry to understand and become more of who we already are.

Here are four things I am choosing to do during this initation;

1. UPPING MY SELFCARE 💅
Self care can look different for everyone and every day doesnt have to be the same unless you want it to! The better you take care of yourself during a tine of unknown, the steadier you will over all. Focus on you.

2. FINDING ENERGY DRAINS🪫
Energy draws bring ypu closer and closer to burn out in times like this and right now you need your own energy more than ever. If there are thoughts, habits, or areas you focus or distract yourself with that overall drain your energy, now is the time to take stock & shift

3. FOLLOWING WHAT FEEDS MY SOUL🔋
It sounds counter Intuitive but slowing down is often to fastest way for you to fill yourself back up. Those small moments that remind you of the goodness that is still alive in your life - breathe them in and soak them up. No matter whats happening youll never regret choosing to slow down but you will regret choosing not to.

4. FACING HARD CONVERSATIONS WITH MYSELF 🪞
Throughout my week if there are questions that continue to niggle at me under the surface - I create space to look at them because I understand that facing things now is for my own self discovery. Set yourself up with a notebook, pen and some.tissues and let things flow.

When life throws you into an initation - sometimes the only option is to answer the call within.
Own it.
Unapologetically.
Standing in your worth.
& trusting the process.

When you choose you, you always win.
